Free delivery in Kiev.

Delivery to other cities of Ukraine is performed via the shipping company "Nova Poshta" (New Post shipping company, http://novaposhta.ua/) at its rates found at the official website at buyer's expense. 

Dilivery in Kiev and shipping to other cities in Ukraine is performed either same day, or next day after your order, or on any preferred day.

Exchange / Return

Goods return rules
According to the Law of Ukraine «Of the rights of consumers' protection», article №9, the Consumer has a right to refuse from the purchase or to exchange it at any time before the courier delivery and after the delivery within 14 days, but only if the goods are fully safe, all labels and the documents that confirm the fact of the purchase are available.

During this period the Consumer is obliged to inform the store manager about the decision in written form via email toklaf (at) gmail.com or by phone 050 945 95 06.

The payment to be returned to the Consumer within 14 days from the moment of the goods reception and according to the written requirement from the Consumer (provided in a free form by email) about the goods and payments return. 
In case of return the store compensates only the goods cost, thus the delivery cost is not compensated.

In case of goods absence that are paid online, the store contacts the Consumer within one working day after receiving of the order for discussion of the purchase details.
